Inclusion and Exclusion

    • Accommodation at mentioned hotel on double / twin sharing basis.
    • Meals as per plan (CP=Breakfast, MAPAI=Breakfast+ Lunch or Dinner, APAI= Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner).
    • Vehicle as mentioned for the entire itinerary and same will be perform duty on point to point basis & not on disposal basis.
    • Sight Seen as per itinerary (Point to Point Basis).
    • All the vehicles are Non AC.
    • Inner Line Permit Fee if included Itinerary.
    • All toll taxes/driver's allowance/fuel charges etc.
    • GST 5% applicable on mention package cost.
    • Extra Charges of Nathula Pass, Zero point.
    • Tickets for Rope way, Toy Train and any other activities.  
    • Extras of personal nature such as personal tips, laundry charges, additional tour charges.
    • Does not include Entrance Fees at Monasteries / Monuments / Museums etc. 
    • Does not include any Lunch, Evening Tea/snacks
    • Insurance, Medical & Emergency rescue costs. 
    • Does not include Hard drinks, liquor, mineral water in the Hotel, or soft drinks/juices.    
    • Does not include specialized Guide

Important Notes

    • If any of the above mentioned sightseeing points are closed due to renovation / weekly closed / any other reason, the closed sightseeing point will not be covered on another day. Also note that no alternate sightseeing will be covered for that closed sightseeing point. 
    • Permit required for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guests should carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) for processing the permit.
    • Aadhar Card / PAN Card - not acceptable for issuance of the Permit.
    • Since Nathula is a restricted area and gets sealed, without any notice, for security reasons. In such case your tour will only be till Tsongu Lake and there will be no refund for unutilized services.
    • Permit is also required for traveling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof.
    • Hotel Check-in & check-Out as per Hotel Rules. Normally Check-in 13:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
    • If guests wish to make any changes to their sightseeing schedule, please inform us at least one day in advance before 06:00 pm. Any requests received after 06:00 pm will be considered a cancellation and subject to no refund or an additional fee for rescheduling the sightseeing. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
    • Extra Person/Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotels of this sector provide MATTRESS / ROLL OVERS.
    • In this sector, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. In case of Load Shedding, kindly bear with such a situation. To overcome the water crisis certain hotels have fixed schedules for supplying hot & cold water. We strongly regret the inconvenience.
    • The vehicle may / may not change Sector wise/daily wise & we will contact you as per the itinerary. This vehicle is not on disposal.
    • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot).
    • Guests are requested to travel light.  In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra car for carrying extra luggage .The cost will be collected directly from the guest.
    • Ac will switch ON, while moving the car and travelling in plains only. AC switched off, once the car traveled uphill.
    • Most of the Hotel does not have a lift facility. In such cases of guests having medical issues, we request guests to report this problem at the time of booking.  So that we may take appropriate arrangements. (Subject to availability).
    • We shall not be responsible for Train/Flight/chopper Missed, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of god, strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents etc.
    • In case of late arriving/ delay by train. We suggest that guests stay overnight at Siliguri. Road of this sector is Narrow and steep & we don’t suggest travelling at night.
    • Guests having a medical issue & children below 05 years should avoid going to Tsongu, Baba Mandir, Nathula, Gurudongmar Lake and Zero Point, Not proper Medical Facilities are available.
    • North Sikkim is blessed with Natural Beauty and Amazing landscape.  The accommodation provided at Lachung / Lachen will be more like a  Normal  / 2*hotel  / Guest House having basic facilities. Please carry warm woolen clothes.
    • There are no telephone lines services. Vodafone, Airtel & BSNL mobile operates better (as per the weather)
    • The preparation of food will be very simple and basic.

Cancellation Policy

    In case of cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, please notify us in writing via letter or email. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive this written communication.

    Hotel Cancellation Charges: Cancellation charges for hotel bookings depend on each hotel's specific terms and conditions and will be communicated directly to the guest.

    Cancellation Charges for Vehicle and Other Services:

    • 30 days or more prior to arrival – 100% refund.
    • 11 to 29 days prior to arrival – 25% of the total tour/service cost.
    • 10 to 6 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total tour/service cost.
    • 5 days or less, or no-show – No refund (100% of the total tour/service cost).
